I decided to take a road trip from Denver to Minneapolis to see the 4/5 Port Thunderbolt on the University of Minnesota's campus for the monthly test. FEMA was also doing a nationwide test of the emergency alert system and wireless emergency alert at 1:20 PM central time, so Hennepin County scheduled the test at the same time. This Thunderbolt was pretty impressive and did not disappoint considering the wind.
