Tenere 700 Throttle Body Sync

I found there wasn't really a good video covering the Tenere 700 throttle body synchronization procedure. I tried to keep this simple yet informative without spinning off into 17 different directions at once.

Borrow a Manometer or get a few "trustworthy" vacuum gauges.

Let me know if there's anything in the future on the bike you would like to see. I'm due for fork seals about 7k ago and they're in the mail right now alongside new tires.
