1. I have discovered a bug/issue with the game! – Message the games Owner or admin (SynthknightXD or T0MBEAR)
2. I keep getting errors and I am unable to join any servers! – Server issues can often be clientside (poor internet connection etc.). But when it comes to full on server issues (All servers are down) Then it can be on are side and this is usually when we are hot on to fixing it. Sometimes servers can be down for maintenance (Game updates or server updates) and in very rare cases a bug or security issue. If you want more information on server statues or if you have an issues regarding the game then I recommend speaking to one are server administrators aka Me – SynthknightXD or T0MBEAR.
3. When will there be new updates? – We are always updating the game! Making sure that everyone has an amazing experience and adding loads of cool new content.
