On 26 March 2016, the USA-Northeast region of the Magic: The Gathering Judge Program hosted a Conference for certified judges and candidates. This event drew over 150 attendees, but we also wanted to extend the reach by sharing our presentations around the world. 21 presentations were recorded and will be posted to YouTube.

In this talk, Charles Featherer and Anthony "Krug" Hullings present "Won't You Be My Mentor?". This is a presentation and discussion on what it means to be a mentor in today's Judge program. Attendees share their own experiences - both positive and negative - as we explore mentoring.
