The Hymany Way, taking you from the banks of the beautiful Shannon River all the way lovely town of Ballygar this hike is the 7th stage of The Ireland Way. This relatively unknown hiking trail boasts some nice hiking in Ireland's Hidden Heartlands.

This one was a bit of a rollercoaster as I really had to dig deep halfway through but also had some very memorable moments from the amazing generosity of the people along the way. This section has some very easy hiking and no real inclines however it does have lots of roads which are not nice on the feet.
