About Our Guest: Dr. Rachel Goldman
Rachel L. Goldman, PhD, FTOS, FASMBS-IH—known as Dr. Rachel—is a nationally recognized clinical psychologist, author, speaker, and consultant specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with a holistic approach to mental health and well-being.

She is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and maintains a private practice in New York City. Dr. Rachel is a sought-after media expert and speaker, having been featured in TIME Magazine, The New York Times, CNN, USA Today, and more. She has also been invited to share her expertise on prominent stages and podcasts, including appearances with Oprah, Reese Witherspoon, and The Mel Robbins Podcast.
