Welcome to #FeelGoodFriday.

This is a shout out to the unsung heroes who are every where in sport, making it happen behind the scenes, without the fanfare, and often without any credit.

There were plenty who did an incredible job at this week's historic first ever match for the Afghanistan women's cricket team...but I'll single out two (because I was lucky enough to grab a quick interview with them both).

Firstly, the team Afghanistan played - a Cricket Without Borders XI, who will also be forever remembered in the history books; and secondly, the Afghanistan Women's team chief fixer, Emma Staples, who found solutions to every problem - schools, jobs, cars, houses, English classes, washing machines, friendly advice, agony-aunt advice, a shoulder to lean on, a shoulder to cry on, someone to hug when there was something to celebrate, and just someone every player knew would always be at the end of the line if they needed to talk to somebody.
