Meta-Breaking Build: Lucky Pants, Warden’s Law & Anarchy DPS!

This is a build I've been using myself for quite some time now and am just getting around to having the time to make it. Surely it would be phenomenal in the witness encounter especially if you have a really good Uzume or Ikelos SR /Widows bite, or any solar sniper for that matter.

I highly recommend trying to get a good Wardens Law this week, especially given its Double nightfall Rewards so you have obviously double the chance at snagging debatably one of the best PVE handcannons in the game when it comes to the usage of Lucky Pants if not simply THE best.

With solar and snipers taking center stage this season I find it remarkable that this build will more than likely become even stronger in the future once Arc gets its time back in the spotlight!
