LOGIC PRO X - Remix FX Reimagined

Описание к видео LOGIC PRO X - Remix FX Reimagined

In truth, Remix FX isn't really my kind of plug-in. I'm not a huge fan of 'one-button' treatments aimed at taking over a mix with a slightly novelty feel to them.
That said, maybe that was just me being uncreative. Because in this video, I've given Remix FX a second chance and this time, I much prefer what it's brought to the mix. Instead of using Remix FX on the Stereo Output, as I think was probably intended, instead I've set it up as a parallel processor, adding it to a new Auxiliary bus for a pad part.

Used like this, rather than effecting a whole mix, it can be subtly blended under the original sound, providing gentle, pulsing textures, filter treatments, bit-reducing effects and volume gating, all as a 'second world of sound', under the original part. You know what? I might be converted.
