3 Self tests for SI joint pain!

Описание к видео 3 Self tests for SI joint pain!

In this video, Dr. Pichini demonstrates 3 tests you can do at home to assess whether or not you have SI joint dysfunction!

The sacroiliac joint (SI joint) connects the hip bones to the sacrum and tailbone.

Typically, the SI joint has very little movement. The joint is reinforced by strong ligaments and muscles, including the gluteus Maximus and piriformis.

Dysunfction of the SI joint can result in pain around the gluteal area, sides of the hips, and sides of the legs. SI joint pain is often one sided, only affecting one of your legs/hips.
