Items & Inventory:
A complete list of items can be added and the categories of product can be selected. The product code generation can be done automatically as well as manually. Description column indicate the full specification of the product. Item tax type indicate the different type of tax(GST, IGST, VAT..etc.,) and so on. Unit of measure indicate the product.

Supplier:
A person or organization that provides something needed such as a product or service. Enter the all mandatory fields which are essential. After that click add new supplier details.

Purchase:
Enter the all mandatory fields given. In the section current credit indicates if the total amount is not settled by the company/organization to the supplier. Then the red alert will be shown in the current credit and due date.

Customer:
Enter the full detail of the customer. Discount column indicates that the separate discount for regular customer and separate discount for others. These discount percentage will generate automatically.

Sales:
The items which are sold and the quantity of items described in the above image. Here the current credit indicates if the total amount is not settled by the customer to the shop keeper the red alert will be shown in current credit and due date.

Banking and General Ledger:
Customer Balance: The remaining amount to be settled.
Aged Customer Analysis: The customer who purchase for large amount of money will be indicated first.
Price Listing: A person who purchased for large amount of money will be listed in the price list accordingly.
Order Status Listing: It indicate the status of the product that are delivered (or) ready to deliver.
Print Credit Note: The balance amount to be paid by the customer.
