Sky Sports presenter Laura Woods has confirmed she has now left the channel to take up a new role presenting American football.
During an appearance on her talkSPORT show, Woods referred to being part of Sky's coverage in the past tense. "I remember watching [an interview with Tyrone Mings] because I was part of Sky at the time," she said in response to recent comments about Mings from pundit Graeme Souness.
"I’m not surprised," one wrote. "All those years at sky and they never gave you a big role. Their loss is someone else’s gain."

In addition to the live games, ITV will have weekly hour-long NFL shows. These begin in early September, while the channel will also have live coverage of two London games and the Super Bowl in February.
