In any twin engine aircraft swapping components from side to side is one of the easiest ways to determine what is failing. If the ignitor box had only one power connection, I would have swapped it to the other engine to test it.
The new box/new ignitors fixed the issue, two starts with no popped breakers.
The ignitor box has a coil that steps 28V to 10,000 or something like that to light the kerosene in the engine.
On the 560/560 series aircraft, the ignitors are on continuously for every takeoff, icing, and turbulence. I recommended that the operator replace the ignitors on the LH engine as well to avoid a similar situation.
