Canon 22mm f2 vs Canon 50mm f1.8 - Sharpness Test no.1

This is a sharpness test of the Canon EF-M 22mm f/2 STM vs. the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM to find out which lens is better.

There will be 3 rounds: Sharpness in the middle of the image, sharpness in the corner of the image and diffraction.

The lenses were tested using a Canon M50 camera set at 24 Megapixels. As this video focuses only on sharpness performance, the following in-camera corrections where turned on during testing: Peripheral illumination correction, distortion correction and chromatic aberration correction. Diffraction corrections were turned off.

The 50mm lens was mounted on the Canon M50 using the Canon EF-EOS M Mount Adapter that doesn`t affect image quality because it doesn`t have any optical elements.
