Emilie possesses an MBA from a top-tier business school, a Certified Internal Auditor designation, and is a seasoned risk and performance management professional. Over the course of her 13-year career, she has focused on providing risk management, strategy and business transformation solutions to multiple clients in various industries in Canada, Australia, Ireland, Spain and Peru. Emilie specializes in providing her clients with tailored and operationally relevant risk advice, whether via the assessment of risks and implementation of mitigation strategies; the facilitation of process and control assessments; the conduct of change management activities; the development of strategic directions and solutions or the provision of performance improvement services.
Emilie has significant experience managing multiple projects at one time, leveraging extensive PMO expertise, strategic and analytical thinking, and expert communication skills to deliver effective results. Emilie uses an innovative approach on all of her projects, helping clients to identify unique opportunities and solutions via a thorough engagement process and a collaborative methodology.
Sarah van Hooydonk, CPA, CA, CISA
Sarah possesses a CPA, CA designation earned with a big four financial services firm, a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) designation and 12 years of experience in financial and non-financial risk management, internal control monitoring, regulatory compliance, internal/external audit, IS/IT governance, and business continuity. She has worked with multiple clients throughout Canada and in the UK and in various industries, including financial services, public sector, not-for-profit, transportation and banking.
Sarah’s focus stems from her training as a professional accountant and work as both an external consultant and industry leader. Sarah has a passion for improving financial, risk and performance management activities; using creativity to develop right sized management systems, improving the effectiveness of policy instruments and processes; and the designing, implementing and testing of internal controls.
Sarah also has significant experience managing multiple projects at one time, leveraging strategic and analytical thinking, and utilizing expert communication skills to deliver effective results. Sarah is a natural leader and facilitator, known for bringing energy and enthusiasm to all her projects and helping clients to maximize value thorough a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
