Ingredients:
1. Ripe mango - 1 no
2. Indian Cucumber - 1 no
3. Turmeric power - 1 tea spoon
4. Grated Coconut - 1 no
5. Cumin seeds - 2 tea spoon
6. Black Pepper - 1 tea spoon
7. Green Chillies - 4 no
8. Curd - 2 cup
9. Jaggery - 1 to 2 no
10. Coconut oil - 2 table spoon
11. Mustard - 1 tea spoon
12. Fenugreek - Quarter tea spoon
13. Red Chillies - 2 no
14. Curry leaves - Few
15. Salt - as required

Preparation:
1. To the hot water in a pot or pressure cooker, add chopped mango and cucumber. Also add turmeric powder and cook well.
2. Add jaggery and salt and keep it in low flame for some more time.
3. Grind coconut, cumin seeds, pepper and green chillies to make a fine paste and add it to the curry. Keep it for 3 minutes until it is well boiled.
4. Add curd and keep it on low flame for few minutes.
5. Temper in coconut oil with mustard seeds, fenugreek, red chilli and curry leaves.
