AGARO Elegant Stand Mixer- 1400W Review | Know how to use | Roti dough, Roti Making Demo

In this video I have shown the unboxing of the AGARO elegant stand mixer -1400 W. This mixer comes with 100% copper motor.

You get 3 attachments with this mixer, one stainless steel 5.5 litre bowl and a splash guard.

1. Whisker- Ideal for whipping creams, beating egg whites and creating light and fluffy batter
2. Beater - Perfect for mixing cake batters, cookie doughs and other medium-density mixtures
3. Dough hook - knead and mix heavy doughs with ease for bread, pizza, roti or pasta

This is very easy to use and splash guard helps the kitchen clean while using this mixer. It also comes with a place to add ingredients/ water if required to add while using the mixer. It took me about 3 minutes to make a dough for roti. It turned out be really nice and soft. You do need to keep adding water as required. Once you get used to using this mixer you will understand the quantity of water needed as per the atta quantity.
