Hello there!
Today I will show you how you can use a matrix mixer to create soundscapes, great for ambient tracks or performances.
Pathways, by Herbs & Stones, is a 4x4 VCA with a twist: a modulation section that can be used to give life to your patch.
I will use it with OP1-Field and Lyra-8 as sound sources and Chase Bliss Mood, Strymon Nightsky and Hologram Microcosm as effects.
With a Matrix mixer is easy to route your signals in interesting way and in the case of Pathways I think the performative factor is great.
