1. Review the job description and study the company. You can find out more on their vision, mission, and values by reviewing their website, LinkedIn profile, and any YouTube content they may have.
2. Use what you learn to craft a strong answer that aligns with their goals.
3. Also highlight how you will take the time to learn from others, build relationships, and seek feedback as you acclimate to your role.


TEMPLATE

30 DAYS
“In the first 30 days, I would look to accomplish all of my onboarding training and understand the responsibilities of my position so I can effectively complete initial tasks and begin making immediate contributions [HIGHLIGHT ANY OTHER RELEVANT REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE]. I would also focus on building connections with my new team members.

60 DAYS
“By day 60 I would look to be more autonomous in my role and begin identifying areas to provide additional value [INSERT ANY ADDITIONAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS].”

90 DAYS
“By day 90 I would look to consolidate my tasks/projects and establish long term goals for my role. I would also identify areas for improvement and brainstorm ways to problem solve based on my first 90 days of observation and learning [INSERT ANY ADDITIONAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS].”
