New drivers especially should watch this video to understand the importance of going beyond "just offering a ride" for their passengers. Many customers depend on us to go from home to work and back home, and they need to have a charged up phone to request a ride! So by keeping them charged, you increase the chance they will request again!

Basically, you need to have a charger to handle whatever modern smartphones are being used to make ride requests. ( the specific charger information in this video will probably be outdated by the time you see this.) many drivers have a cable with multiple adapters to handle any phone. Also a dual USB port. sorry I don't specifically show those images here but it should be pretty obvious.
