💪🏼The Compex Mini Wireless Muscle Stimulator with TENS is a serious tool for anyone looking to up their strength and recovery game while saving themselves time.

I love that this muscle stimulator can be used during a home fitness workout with the resistance setting, or while watching tv with the recovery massage setting or TENS pain management setting. When I used to suffer from achilles tendonitis, I would use the Compex TENS setting to relieve any pain in the region after running. It worked so well, and allowed me to recover my achilles tendonitis while still running gently.

The unit is also very small and portable which makes it the perfect companion to take with you to trail races or the gym for post exercise recovery routines.
