Welcome back to another video.

in this video I connect in with the jaguar collective, channel some messages and take you through a healing/activation for spiritual awakening and truth.

The energies were super powerful in this one.

There were lots of messages and animal omens. Leopards made an appearance as well as the elements with an invitation to connect.

There were several activations as well as an invitation to move through a portal for truth.

Lots going on and super high energy so please do look after yourself after this one and give yourself some time to adjust to your new energy!

Aftercare guidelines are as follows:

You may need to take a lie down after listening to allow the energies to integrate.

When you do this, lower density energy such as trapped emotions may come to the surface for you to acknowledge them.

Journaling, dancing, yoga, meditation, listening to music.

What ever you feel drawn to do to help you process them and release this energy.

Taking a bath with epsom salts or showering or swimming in the sea or sitting beside a body of water will also help with this process.

Drinking lots of water to help your body detox also would be beneficial.

Not to mention grounding.

But as always checking in to see what's best for you to do.

And doing what feels best for you!
