This is a review of the title boxing heavy bag slip stick. I can’t say I love it as there are some flaws in design. How it sags and the plastic buckles are cons. However, it does help intensify the workout and encourages defense and counter punching along with footwork. I do like the product though and would recommend it. I also show some ways that I use the product.
