Fully automated and highly flexible, this robotic saw removes gates and risers from die cast parts and laser marks 2D codes for traceability.

This saw is designed to integrate with your die casting production line. High throughput is achieved with robotic part handling to high-speed dual spindles. A servo-rotating chuck, clever tooling and robot part repositioning allow a variety of gate and riser configurations to be removed with no changeover.

Traceability is achieved with laser marking a 2D code and automatically verifying code readability. Chips and chunks flow to scrap bins with separation. The compact footprint saves space in your plant and provides easy maintenance access to service items.
