Tonya Mission Zero - GTA 5 - Money Glitch

As Franklin you can use Tanya to enter Mission Zero, a condition where you're able to trigger additional missions while already in a mission. This allows you to invest into the stock market and fail the mission, upon retrying the mission you'll receive the amount of cash you had when you began the mission, while the money invested into the stock market remains invested, effectively duping your starting cash each time.

Steps in the video.
1) Place C4 on the ground in the middle of the road. (Tanya will flee)
2) Run far enough away for the mission icon to reappear. (Tanya will be missing)
3) Walk towards the mission location where Tanya was standing, activate director mode when half way across the road.
4) Exit director mode.
5) As soon as the game loads equip the C4, throw it and trigger it.
6) If the explosion kills Franklin and the mission failed text appears, it was done right, select retry.
7) Invest in stocks, fail the mission, repeat until desired investment is reached.
8) Exit mission, sell stocks, optionally repeat with higher investment.
