8. Scenarios on reports based on contract?
• Contract contains quantity 100 Metric Tons
• Order created with reference to this contract with 100 Metric Tons
• Delivery created for this order with 50 Metric tons (Partially delivered).
• PGI has been done and invoice has been created for this delivery as well.

• What will be initial fields in selection screen. We should have contract number (Mandatory), sold to and sales org.
o First pass contract number into VBFA-VBELV, then pass succeeding document category into VBFA-VBTYP_N = C.
o Then pass order number to VBAP table and then retrieve quantity VBAP-KWMENG
o Again pass contract number to VBAP and retrieve VBAP-KWMENG
o Pass order number to preceeding document in VBFA-VBELN, VBFA-VBTYP_N = J
o Pass delivery number to preceeding document in VBFA-VBELN, VBFA-VBTYP_N = M
o Get delivered quantity from LIPS/VBFA table by passing delivery number
o Order quantity – delivered quantity = Remaining undelivered quantity
• Assing authority object to the report, roles to the tcode and create tcode to this report and share with business.
8. Flat files stored in system and how to check that?.
• AL11 is the tcode to access all the directory in the system
