Описание к видео How to Classify Requirements in IT? Business, Stakeholder, Solution and Transition Requirements

In this video from TEXAVI, Pardha Mantravadi walks us through the ways and means of analysing, specifying and classifying the requirements in software development projects and process improvement programs. Requirements can broadly be categorised into four main buckets - business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements. Business requirements are around the strategic aspects and set the direction for the initiatives, programs and projects. Stakeholder requirements are the needs and goals for achieving business requirements. Solution requirements deal with the functional and non-functional aspects of the implementation while transition requirements dwell on the temporary facets and enablers in the solution implementation.

Watch the video to learn about the requirements categories and how the classification helps in the specification and management of requirements in IT projects and processes.
