And today's video is especially for ‪@Kickerkay00‬ featuring a much slower variation of the video that you loved, just as promised!

The entire video consists of the same type of trigger like last time, and I tried to imitate mostly the same movement patterns and techniques that I used in the previous video, but adapting them to a slower pacing and trying my best to draw out the crunch as much as possible!

Although I'm not sure if I've went as slow as what you might've pictured, so if you'd like me to go even slower, please let me know and I'll make an even slower variant!
