Before the day unfolds… before the plans, expectations, responsibilities, and quiet worries begin to take up space… this morning prayer is an invitation to pause and place today back into God’s hands.

If you’re waking up already feeling pressure — mentally rehearsing what might be hard, worrying about what needs to go right, or carrying a sense that today has to be managed carefully — you are not alone. Many of us begin our days bracing instead of trusting, holding instead of receiving.

This prayer is for you if:

You feel tired before the day even begins

You’re carrying responsibilities that don’t pause just because you’re weary

You feel pressure to “hold it all together”

You want to start the day from peace instead of pressure

You’re learning how to trust God with what you cannot control

In this guided Christian prayer, we gently reflect on Scripture that speaks directly to the weary, the overwhelmed, and those longing for rest:

📖 Isaiah 40:29–31 — God gives strength to the weary and renews those who hope in Him
