Alternative to Freeze Dried Backpacking Meals - Less Sodium!

I've tried homemade backpacking meals and several different brands of dehydrated meals (Mountain House being the standard) and while some are good, they all have a LOT of sodium. My cook kit is bulky, the food bundles are bulky and I don't like having even a small camp stove burning in the summer. Too risky. These meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and use a heating element to warm your dinner. No flames.

I think I've found an alternative. Basically, these are the civilian version of an MRE. Here's my intro to them where I discuss the weight, bulk, and why I will be using it. In a future video, I'll show how you use the meals.
