The Public Service Commission (PSC) has assured Kenyans of a seamless transition to a new government in relation to the establishment of government structures and appointments for both incoming and outgoing national and county administrators. PSC Chairperson Ambassador Anthony Muchiri while addressing journalists said the commission has laid down key guidelines ahead of the transition.
