A lot of us realize this, but you cannot disrespect the people that are choosing to fight and protect their country. The corruption comes from those who have control over the military, not the men willing to sacrifice their lives for your freedom.

The problem is that they are used as peons in a greater scheme, treated as numbers. When you as a civilian considers them as such, you are no better than the men giving the orders. Each person has a family that loves them and must say good bye to them when they leave without knowing if and when they will return. This is a stressful and emotional time for anyone. Their return is something to be celebrated, regardless of the what they were ordered to do overseas.
