Artist Problems - Art for People with OCD

I’m really putting myself out there today.  This probably isn’t my funniest video, but I didn’t intend it to be.  I don’t really know if this video will speak to you or not, but it’s something that hits home for me in a very personal way.  There are all kinds of ailments out there that can make like difficult, some more so than others.  But for me, it has always been my OCD.  So, if you have obsessive compulsive disorder and struggle with doing art and focusing on just relaxing and doing art, I hope this video might give you some ideas to help.  There are so many different forms of OCD that it’s hard to say if you will have the exact same struggles as mine, however, I thought I’d share some of my strategies for doing art.  This is a forum and a discussion, so if you’d like to share your story or tips, please leave them in the comments below
