All 1 to 5 phases of the Lair of the Mad Dragon. The premise is to run the dungeon five times in a row. Each time you finish your bonus reward increases, but only if you stay in the instance and doing that adds a difficulty modifier to the run.

They are as follows: Limited consumables, no artifacts, enemies do poison damage, your at will powers deal damage to you, 50% less power and 50% less defense.
