This is a description and review of the first chapter of the great philosophical literature written by Dr. Allama Iqbal titled "The Reconstruction of Religious Thought in Islam". It propagates the concept of pursuing modern knowledge since it is in alignment with the message of the Holy Quran. In the 2nd part of the lecture, Iqbal talks about characteristics of a Religious experience which is again a very interesting concept to understand.
