Papads are also best accompany with meal or can be eaten as it is with tea/coffee. There are verities of papads made with different ingredients. In this video I present about a papad made by using tapioca/ cassavas. This can be stored for about an year if sun-dried well and fried whenever required. Here I added a little soaked rice while grinding and this is purely optional.

Tapioca 5kg
Soaked dosa rice 1&1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Water
Coocking oil
