Recipe we made: (make them half the size we did lol)
8 oz softened cream cheese
4.25 oz can lumped crab meat
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 splash soy sauce (we used about a tablespoon)
1 splash Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Combine and press into 6x6 inch container, put in the freezer for 30 minutes
keto apricot jam 2 tablespoons
chili crisp - 1 teaspoon
1/8 cup of water
green onion
Dredging station: (add garlic powder/salt/pepper to each)
1 cup almond flour
1 cup pork prind crumbs
3 eggs wash
After coated put back in the freezer for 30 minutes
avocado oil at 350 degrees (Not sure about airfrying but try 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden)
Fry until golden!
if you make 12 mozzarella sticks its about 2g net carbs each.
