Does Using a Teaser Help Catch More Cod? | Kayak Fishing UK

I hadn't fished for a week after returning from an EPIC pollack fishing trip and was itching to get out kayak fishing. There was a weather window late one afternoon, so I loaded the car and headed into Northumberland to try and catch some cod and pollack. The weather didn't turn out as forecast and the fish were slow to get going, so turned to an old technique- did it help, or did the fish just start biting?
