Today I will discuss the increase in botched "top surgery" for trans people. Top surgery is the removel of breasts from females who have gender dysphoria and want to transition to look male. Though this very specialized surgery has now been coopted by a group of people and surgeons who have used it for "gender affirming care" and the standards have gone out the door. These surgeries are not helping and in fact hurting a population of young girls being swept into this transgender identity craze.
