This video is about the Victorio Steam Canner. Should you buy a steam canner? Are they approved method of safe canning? This is information based on the steam canner being deemed appropriate for home canning of foods high in acidity 4.6 or below such as fruits, jams jellies, high acid tomato products. Anything over that must be pressure canned, such as meats, vegetables, and all other low acid foods. and it is based on my experience using the product.
