Today, I’m sharing my favorite High Protein Avocado Paneer Toast recipe. It’s packed with 25g of protein, takes only 10 minutes to whip up, and the best part? It is completely No Onion and No Garlic! 🚫🧅🧄

Whether you are on a weight loss journey or just want a nutritious start to your day, this creamy avocado and crispy paneer combo is a total game-changer. We’ve swapped Greek yogurt with thick Dahi to keep it simple and desi!

In this video, you will learn: ✅ How to make the perfect crispy masala paneer. ✅ A secret creamy avocado spread using Dahi. ✅ How to assemble a cafe-style toast at home.

📋 Ingredients List:
For the Crispy Paneer:

Paneer (Thinly sliced strips)

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi)

1/2 tsp Garam Masala

Salt to taste

1 tsp Oil (for coating & frying)

For the Creamy Avocado Spread:

1 Ripe Avocado

1 tbsp Thick Dahi (Hung Curd)

1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

Salt to taste

For Assembling:

2 Slices of Toasted Bread (Multigrain or Sourdough)

Toppings: Oregano, Chilli Flakes, and Mixed Herbs.

Instructions:
Marinate paneer strips with spices and oil for 10 minutes.

Pan-fry until golden and crispy.

Blend avocado, dahi, lemon juice, and salt into a smooth puree.

Spread/pipe the avocado mix over the paneer-topped toast.

Sprinkle herbs and enjoy!
