Recipe:
3/4 diced red onion
3 diced bell peppers (green, red, yellow)
1 Diced Mango
2 cups sweet grilled corn
1 small can black olives (drained)
1 can drained pinto beans
1 can drained black beans (or black eyed peas)
Pickled chopped jalapeños (or fresh_)
2 chopped avocados
1 container feta cheese

Dressing (separate bowl)
3 limes’ juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3-4 tbsp taco seasoning (optional)
2-4 tbsp spicy honey (hot honey)
3 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste

Toss into large bowl with all the copped vegetables
Enjoy with Tortilla chips
