Mathieu Tessier, known as DADDY MT, is what you would call a passionate man. Guitar teacher, educational director of the CFPM (Professional Music Training Center) in Villeurbanne in the Rhône region, and teacher of accompaniment guitar at the University of Musicology in Lyon, Christophe loves music in all its forms and knows it well. From a very young age, music led him to the piano conservatory. From there, he took up the bass, then the guitar, with which he could express his blues. His encounters with Lurrie Bell and Magic Slim brought him to Chicago Blues and pushed him to find musicians who could share this style that lives within him. This is how the “Matches” were assembled.
