League starting RF Chieftain, and i haven't invested in the build. Only bought 2 cheap jewels and Cloak of Flame body armor for a combined cost of 25c. Other items i found/crafted cheap. But a 4link RF in 3.25 patch is totally enough for T16 blasting with Pohx's block version RF without any cluster jewel.
