NNN STOCK | REIT TO BUY NOW? | NNN REIT

NNN stock, another interesting REIT that went down 3% year to date.

The thing that people like about this stock is that they pay a 5.3% dividend yield and that have been increasing that dividend over 33 years. That's pretty impressive if you ask me.

However, if we look at the 5 year return including dividends, we see that NNN returned only a shy 1% versus 103% for the SP500.

So could this be the perfect time to buy NNN stock?
