By the way if Ken , Keith , Ed, or any of the wonderful cast and crew in the credits are reading this, please reach out because we have not been in touch in decades and I think you should stand and be recognized.! For a budget of like $38 dollars we made a video that was intended to be a pilot or at least our ticket through the door of Hollywood. Considering it was 3 decades ago I have to say some of it was ahead of its time and so still holds up. All of us were trying to make it in the film business . We of course knew the odds but what we also knew that this would be a blast. No one got paid of course but after seeing it you will see the fun we had was priceless. We shot it in one perfect day at the Beach! (ck out the 80'smoggy LA basin which gave us that spectacular sunset that lasted forever!) We begged, borrowed, and broke . At the time the only way to get it viewed by an audience would be if the all powerful masters of the universe of Hollywood deemed it worthy. (They didn't) . I found a dusty VHS copy, uploaded it and now on the eve of its 30th anniversary we finally get to share it with you. So kick back with your favorite dude or dudess, recreational libation or 3 ,and and enjoy Beach Dude , Protector of the Sand. PS If there are any masters of the universe who still want to open the doors of Hollywood to us we are KKT Productions. We are ready and willing to be 30 year overnight sensations. ENJOY!
