In this video, I show the complete making process of a centipede-style wireless RC rail vehicle built using four DC motors, four pairs of tires, and a rechargeable battery system. This project is inspired by the movement of a centipede, where multiple wheel pairs work together to create smooth and stable motion along a rail or guided track.

I started by designing a long, segmented body frame that can hold multiple motors while maintaining flexibility and balance. The frame is built strong enough to support the motors, wheels, battery, and wireless control system. Each segment is aligned carefully so the vehicle can move smoothly on the rail without derailing.

Next, I mounted four DC motors, each connected to a pair of tires. These tire pairs act like the legs of a centipede, providing continuous traction and stability on the rail. Proper alignment of the wheels was very important to ensure straight movement and reduce friction while running.

After the mechanical assembly, I installed a wireless RC receiver and motor driver to control the movement remotely. The motors are wired so they work together, allowing forward and backward motion using an RC remote controller. A rechargeable battery cell is used as the power source, making the system portable and efficient.

I then focused on weight distribution and balance, placing the battery at the center to keep the vehicle stable during operation. Once everything was connected, I tested the vehicle on the rail and fine-tuned the wheel alignment and motor speed for smoother performance.

The final result is a unique centipede-like RC rail machine that demonstrates creative mechanical design, wireless control, and practical use of DC motors.
