Presenting a case of hysteroscopic myomectomy using TruClear system by medtronic.

Advantage of TruClear system over traditional resectoscope is-
1. cavity stays clear throughout the surgery because fibroid pieces are sucked in the system, that gives better control.
2. no repeated insertion of scope for removal of fibroid pieces- saves time.
3. no thermal damage to endometrium
4. glycine not needed as in the case of traditional monopolar resectoscope.
