a full day of eats, including my fitness journey. i always start my day off with breakfast and coffee. for lunch i made my new favorite low carb meal, for a snack i munched on a high protein (think) bar and for dinner i had fast and fun mini tacos. i’m a dessert every night type of girlie so i ended the night with some ice cream - hope you get some inspo from these recipes :)


Today’s food lineup 👇🏽✨😋

Breakfast - fired spinach w/ multi-grain crackers + cottage cheese, bagel seasoning, and grapes

Snack - protein bar (brownie)

Lunch - cottage cheese w/ multi-grain crackers and cucumbers

Dinner - mini tacos

Dessert - vanilla bean ice cream (dairy free)
