Ian Somerhalder on New Netflix Show "V Wars" (INTERVIEW)

Ian Somerhalder plays Dr. Luther Swann on the new Netflix series "V Wars" which is based on the IDW comic series. In addition to acting, Somerhalder is a director and producer on the show, and sat down for an interview about the show being a true passion project, what he learned about directing and film production from his time as Damon Salvatore on "The Vampire Diaries", the diversity and sociopolitical topics of the series, and developing the overall visual look through the various stages of production.
"V Wars" premieres on December 5 on Netflix.
